Ka Kā Wā is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Ōtepoti, founded by Marōtini (Fi Clements) after a deeply personal journey with cacao as rongoā. Using ethically sourced cacao from the Pacific, Ka Kā Wā creates small-batch chocolate that supports wellbeing, connection, and joy - honouring whenua, whakapapa, and the people who grow and share this taonga.
