We cannot be responsible for the information our traders supply and have no part in the purchases between our traders and buyers.Traders can modify, discontinue or change the price of an item promoted on our site at any time.Please read each store’s T&Cs before making a purchase on their site.Dunendin Online is entitled to amend the Terms and Conditions, the Fees and the Policies, all or any of them by posting amended versions of them on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of changes to the T&Cs of Dunedin Online.
Upon applying to become a trader on Dunedin Online you will be asked to agree to these T&Cs. You should only agree to these conditions if you accept them in their entirety. Once your registration is complete you will be be bound to the T&Cs as detailed beneath when using www.dunedinonline.co.nz You must apply to list as a trader on Dunedin Online and your acceptance will be at our discretion. We reserve the right to edit your provided text and to reject images supplied if we deem them to be unsuitable. Once your application to list on Dunedin Online is approved, we endeavour to get your listing live within a week. Your registration fee helps pay for hosting, PR and advertising costs associated with Dunedin Online promoting your items in the media and for the running of the Dunedin Online Traders group.We (Dunedin Online) reserve the right to validate the information provided in your registration via a third party and request you not use inaccurate or misleading details. It is your responsibility to update such details as and when needed.If you are registering as a business, you are confirming you are authorised to act on behalf of that business. Registration to become a trader is by monthly subscription. We reserve the right to remove your listing if payment is not made in a timely manner.We (Dunedin Online) may terminate the contract to list as a trader at any time by notifying the party in writing. Fees paid will not be refunded.You may also terminate the contract at any time by contacting Dunedin Online at editor@dunedinonline.co.nz. Fees paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.Dunedin Online has the right to redesign, alter, or change the content and appearance of a page on www.dunedinonline.co.nz
