Prohibition Smokehouse
Since 2016, we’ve been serving southern style BBQ hot off the grill. In 2019, we opened the doors to a new world. The re-imagined Prohibition Smokehouse is centred around dry ageing meat lockers. Our dry ageing process takes every cut to new heights, and coupled with the regions finest fresh produce, creates extraordinary dishes. Our menu is developed from a paleo ethos, every inch constructed with a fine attention to detail.
Vault 21
Located in the heart of the Octagon, Vault 21 provides a premiere dining experience. We have designed the menu with small plates to share, leading on to main sized meals that can be enjoyed with a side. Our kitchen team philosophy is to source the best ingredients, working closely with our suppliers and to treat the product with respect.
We try to use different techniques to highlight the flavour of each dish, and we are always testing new dishes that we’d like to showcase to our guests.
