A.R.K Artisan got its name from Dominic’s three children Alexie, Rylan, and Kenzie. They continue to be his biggest supporters, and love “helping” in the kitchen at home.
Inspired by his family’s cooking from an early age, Dominic spent over 10 years working as a chef and developing his understanding of flavour before starting A.R.K Artisan.
Family is at the centre of everything that is done here. We hope that our food can help you create many happy memories with your friends and whanau.
